A friend and I stayed for a week. The hotel is very clean. The room we had was so nice and comfortable. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are awesome. They have a lot to keep up with, especially when guests don't respect the property. Very nice and patient workers. Donna the 2nd shift front desk employee made our stay so fun. She always had a smile and treated you like you were special when you walked in the door, every time. She will be missed. I will stay at the Viking Motel every time I visit that area. We just got clean towels and kept our room tidy. Would recommend this motel to everyone.

Over all our stay was enjoyable. Housekeeping was good except that they left trash sitting outside our door for hours. I feel like you are understaffed on housekeeping. It would be nice if the occupied rooms were cleaned before noon and the unoccupied cleaned and ready for check in by 2:00pm. You have a pretty nice motel and we really did enjoy your location and the pool was great. We will be returning. Thanks for asking about our stay, to me that means you care about your motel.

Everything was just perfect and ran so smooth. We arrived a little early and the lady working that morning 6-12-08 was so nice and helpful. After we got checked in we needed some directions and she was just as nice everytime we approached her with a question she was very nice and helpful and I really appreciated her kindness.and the young woman that cleaned our room was very nice as well. Even the people staying there was very friendly. I have not had a vacation in 8yrs and being there made me want to come again very soon. Everything was just perfect!!! Thank You to everyone there!!! We were in Myrtle beach for a funeral. I wish that it could have been for a vacation. You couldnt change that. The staff was wonderful. Our stay was pleasant considering the circumstances.We stayed in a room with a kitchenette and I was able to cook for my stepchildren and their step father, It was my husbands ex wife whom passed away.
